Our Projects

We carefully seek out those most in need of our care, support and time.

Sisters in Prison Initiative

Our first, the main project that started it all. The SIPI is a core project dear to our heart, and a major depiction of our values. There is so much to learn from the prison inmates, and for us, that is even more precious than what we could ever have imagined.

medical aid initiative

This initiative was developed for both small and large-scale medical cases that require donations from well-meaning Nigerians. We also organise periodic medical and health checks for female prison inmates, in conjunction with the Islamic Medical Association of Nigeria (IMAN).

basic empowerment support initiative

Imagine! How would the world be without empowered women? We believe in educating and supporting Muslim women, they could learn a skill, start a trade or even further their education for a brighter future. Released female inmates need to integrate back into society and what better way than to help them rebuild their lives again.

Counselling services

Newly introduced! Over the years, we have seen the need for psychological support as an ad-hoc to rehabilitation and recovery. Women are usually victims of psychological stress and we hope we can also alleviate and make things easy via access to reliable scholars and medical personnel.
